Cura Health of Benson, MN is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide for part-time night shifts to deliver essential care to patients in their homes, ensuring comfort, safety and well-being through overnight hours.

You will assist with personal care, monitor health status, provide medication reminders, offer companionship, and document observations per agency policies while maintaining professionalism and respect.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role preferred.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work independently during night shifts.
• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Availability to work part-time night shifts.
• Willingness to obtain Home Health Aide certification.
• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with nighttime personal care needs including hygiene, mobility, and positioning.
• Monitor patients’ physical and emotional conditions throughout the night and report any concerns.
• Provide medication reminders and support as needed.
• Offer companionship and reassurance to patients during nighttime hours.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and observations in compliance with agency policies.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and infection control procedures.
