Randstad USA in Newton, NC is seeking night-shift High-Reach Forklift and Cherry Picker Operators to join our distribution center team. You will operate stand-up equipment to move heavy furniture items high in racking systems, ensuring accurate picking and safe handling.

Proven experience with PIT equipment is required. The role demands vigilance for safety, teamwork, and reliable overnight attendance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of verified experience operating stand-up cherry pickers and high-reach lifts.
• Experience with furniture/large-format warehouses is a plus.
• Requires proper safety harness use when working at height.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up cherry pickers and high-reach forklifts to store and retrieve items from high-bay racking.
• Locate, pick, and stage large furniture pieces using WMS or RF scanners.
• Put away inbound inventory and pick items for morning deliveries with zero damage.
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and report any issues per OSHA guidelines.
• Collaborate with night shift teams to keep the warehouse clean and ready for morning operations.
