Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy highway construction supervision experience.
• MassDOT project experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to interpret construction documents and read plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors and equipment.
• Ensure OSHA/MUTCD/MassDOT safety compliance and quality.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and cost performance.
• Maintain reports, time records and quantity reconciliations.
• Support estimating and bidding efforts for future projects.
