You will manage staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor relations, while promoting continuous improvement and regulatory compliance to support patients, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Preferred: Healthcare experience.
• Preferred: CHFM Certification.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Direction- Provides leadership for team initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.
• Performance & Professional Development- Mentors and develops staff, oversees staffing and retention strategies.

Education
