Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, part of Compass Healthcare, seeks an Operations Manager for the 3rd shift (10:30pm–7:00am) to oversee facilities support services. You will coordinate frontline associates and serve as a liaison between administration and unit departments to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires leadership, staffing planning, and a focus on process standards, with a strong emphasis on safety, contract adherence, and performance reporting. Benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a field with high customer contact.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and oral presentations.
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
• Maintain organization in a changing or stressful environment.
• Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
• Knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Establish standards and periodically review procedures for all staff.
• Plan work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Assist in hiring: interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Orient, develop, and supervise all supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conduct regular inspections and make recommendations to the facility.
• Monthly reporting of goals, accomplishments, and future plans.
• Provide staff education and ongoing training.
• Communicate with staff, administration, and other departments.
• Coordinate outside services (e.g., Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Waste, and Recycling).
