Job summary

GDH is seeking a Hardware Lab Technician to support development, validation, and troubleshooting of advanced datacenter hardware. The role involves hands-on work with server systems, development platforms, and validation equipment to ensure functionality of next‑generation AI computing hardware.

You will assemble, test, and document results, collaborate with engineering teams, and maintain a clean lab. Must have Linux experience and be able to work Monday–Friday from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM in an

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years hands-on electronics lab experience.
Experience with silicon bring-up, board validation or system validation is preferred.
Familiarity with Linux command line.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Effective written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently in a lab environment.

Responsibilities

Assemble and maintain benchtop development platforms and data center server systems.
Perform system assembly and mechanical rework with lab tools.
Prepare components for solder rework on boards.
Run validation and testing to verify functionality and performance.
Document test results for engineering teams.
Support debug activities in development and validation environments.
Maintain organized lab and improve processes.
