Job summary

Miami University in Oxford, OH is hiring a Building and Grounds Assistant (Custodial) for a full-time, third-shift role on campus. You will perform custodial tasks across university buildings, grounds, and dining facilities, with hours Thursday through Monday, 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.

Responsibilities

• Picks up trash and empties receptacles in University buildings and grounds.
• Sweeps and mops rooms and hallways; dusts and cleans rooms; cleans windows.
• Vacuuming and shampooing carpets; may strip and wax floors; sanitize restrooms.
• Mow, trim, and rake grounds; remove shrubs and trees.
• Pick up and deliver equipment and supplies as needed.
