Job summary

Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma or GED, and have the ability to follow directions, with no prior experience necessary. The role includes cleaning, grounds maintenance, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to successfully pass a post-offer physical examination.
• Driver's license may be required.
• Valid background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the University’s buildings, facilities, and grounds.
• Cleaning tasks including trash removal, mopping, and dusting.
• Grounds maintenance such as mowing, trimming, and turf renovation.
