Job summary

Wegmans in Pennsylvania is seeking an Overnight Grocery Team Leader to help run the overnight replenishment for daytime readiness. You will lead a team, ensure product availability, and uphold Wegmans' service standards while working in a fast-paced overnight environment.

You will develop leadership skills, learn our values and measures, and drive performance through training, communication, and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience or a college degree.
• Computer skills.
• Experience leading a team.
• Enthusiasm for and knowledge of Wegmans products.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee performance with resources, training, feedback and development opportunities.
• Proactively deliver incredible customer service during the overnight hours.
• Help to problem solve operational challenges while maintaining open two-way communication with managers.
• Coordinate activities, prioritize tasks and ensure the operation runs efficiently for your team.
