Harps Food Stores is seeking an Overnight Stocker to ensure the grocery department is properly stocked, organized, and ready to serve customers.

As part of the team, you will handle replenishment, inventory procedures, merchandising, and adherence to safety standards while delivering friendly, efficient service.

The role supports store operations overnight, with emphasis on accuracy, teamwork, and a strong customer-first approach to maintain Harps’ commitment to value and freshness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• No previous experience required.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to adapt to varying shift priorities and rapid change.
• Ability to interpret and follow instructions.
• Able to stand, walk, and move continuously during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Grocery Department Operations: readiness, staffing, policy adherence, cleanliness, and safe use of equipment.
• Replenishment & Inventory Procedures: ordering, replenishment, receiving, invoicing, back stock and reclaiming items.
• Merchandising & Sales Floor Standards: stocking, rotation, signing, displays, and signage.
• Problem Solving: identify issues and resolve them with a customer-focused approach.
• Safety/Quality Orientation: maintain high quality and safety in all tasks.
