Job summary

ShopRite of Brandywine Commons in Wilmington, DE is hiring for a Night Crew/Loader Associate to deliver a great customer experience while unloading and processing deliveries in the Grocery Department. You will maintain a clean, organized area and assist with other tasks as needed in a safe, efficient manner.

The role requires reading and communicating in English, basic math, physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to work with others.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for a full shift.
• Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs. and occasionally 50 lbs.
• Ability to work with customers in a friendly manner.
• Adherence to safety policies and use of PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Unload and process deliveries for the Grocery Department.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and visually appealing department area.
• Follow approved procedures for receiving, storing, pricing, and restocking products.
• Operate equipment safely and report any malfunctions.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers and assist as needed.
