Job summary

ShopRite of First State Plaza in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Night Crew associate to unload and process deliveries in the Grocery Department. You will maintain a neat, clean, and organized department while providing helpful customer service and adhering to safety policies.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and working in a fast-paced retail environment. Training and departmental guidelines ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, analyze and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for entire shift.
• Regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, helpful manner.

Responsibilities

• Unload and process deliveries in the Grocery Department.
• Maintain clean, neat, and visually appealing department.
• Follow procedures for receiving, dating, storing, and stocking products.
• Assist customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Operate equipment safely and in compliance with regulations.
