Job summary

PAQ, Inc. seeks a General Clerk to support the Combo or Grocery Manager with daily store operations, stocking, cleaning, and ensuring high-quality customer service. You will help maintain display standards, assist shoppers, and contribute to inventory control for freshness and turn-over.

The role requires strong communication, familiarity with inventory tools, and the ability to work weekends and some evenings. Full-time, on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Over one year of Grocery Clerk experience preferred.
• OSHA-accredited forklift training must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Replenish products in multiple departments as directed.
• Assist customers in locating items and completing purchases.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock levels to minimize gaps.
• Sweep and clean store areas and restock go-backs as needed.
• Monitor expiration dates and ensure product freshness.
• Report any equipment or refrigeration issues to management.
