PAQ, Inc. is seeking a General Clerk to back up the Grocery Manager with daily store operations, stocking, replenishing, and helping customers. You’ll assist in maintaining department standards and keeping shelves neat and displays appealing.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliable attendance, and safety policy adherence. Applicants should have at least 1 year grocery experience, be 18+, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. We offer equal opportunity and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Over one year of Grocery Clerk experience preferred.
• Complete forklift training.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Replenishes products in various departments as directed.
• Collects shopping carts and cleans parking lots throughout shift.
• Checks displays and shelves for out-of-stock products to refill for customer purchases.
• Loves customers locate items and assist with purchases as needed.
• Moves products in and out of storage areas for proper display and storage.
• Assists in maintaining inventory control to ensure freshness and turnover.
• Returns products to shelves and supports online orders as needed.
• Sweeps store hourly and documents sweeps by scanning QR codes.
• Maintains store cleanliness inside and out, including bathrooms and trash cans.
• Handles damaged products per policy and monitors expiration dates.
• Maintains a favorable department image through neat, attractive displays.
• Reports malfunctioning refrigeration or equipment to store management.
• Greets customers and provides prompt and courteous service.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
