Mars Incorporated in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Grinding Utility Operator (Night Shift- $3 Shift Differential) in the Finance function. The role focuses on moving raw ingredients, loading/unloading trailers, and preparing ingredients for mixing.

The position requires forklift experience, teamwork, and basic data entry skills, with 12-hour night shifts and a four-days-on/four-days-off schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment; must be coachable.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that Raw materials are available for production lines on time.
• Communicate potential shortages to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain close contact with Operations team to ensure that there are no delays in manufacture.
• Raise relevant escalations that have an impact on safety, quality and efficiency.
