Qualifications

• Must have previous experience in a professional kitchen (2 years+) with flat top and grill experience.
• Solid understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen stations.
• Ability to manage tickets and work quickly in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the station and line is set and ready for service prior to opening.
• Assist with deep cleaning to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
• Follow closing procedures and ensure the kitchen is in good condition for the team.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with company standards and health code regulations.
