American Food & Vending is seeking two grill cooks for the night shift (10:00 pm – 6:00 am) in Tyler, Texas. Responsibilities include grilling, portioning, and presenting menu items with a focus on guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/food service with grill cooking.
• Basic knife skills are a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Self-motivated and eager to take on additional duties.

Responsibilities

• Cook, grill and serve menu offerings within a designated station.
• Use stove top, flat top, open flame grill and related equipment.
• Move food safely between stations, keeping to safety procedures.
• Prepare and serve food per guest specifications.
• Store foods with proper wrapping, dating and rotation procedures.
• Maintain temperature logs and production records.
