Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with machine operation and changeovers.
• Ability to read safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist operator with changeover tasks and troubleshoot to maintain production rate.
• Operate machine controls when the operator is unavailable.
• Train new packers on quality standards and production speed.
