ODL, Inc. seeks a Tempering Process Technician to oversee cutting, seaming, and glass tempering operations. You will plan and direct daily activities, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and act as first responder for the team.

Responsibilities include setting up and troubleshooting equipment, training operators, monitoring schedules, and ensuring timely delivery. A Third Shift on-site role with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills is required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• Demonstrates scientific thinking and problem-solving.
• Demonstrates the ability to lead and motivate others.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel with data presentation skills.
• Experience with MES and ERP systems.

Aufgaben

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment including the glass storage, cutting system, seamer, washer, and tempering furnace.
• Train operators at each station on the line.
• Monitor schedules and data flow from glass cutter to temper unload; coordinate with Planning for changes.
