Total Staffing Solutions in Batavia, IL is seeking a General Labor I to support manufacturing operations on the 10:00pm - 6:30am shift. This full-time position is temporary-to-hire and pays $20.25 per hour. The role involves cutting boards to size, coating foam boards with mortar, trimming excess mortar, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

OT is possible on a Sunday-Thursday schedule, with a regular overnight shift. Candidates should be able to stand for a full shift and bring basic safety gear; safety

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for an 8+ hour day.
• Experience with safety equipment (glasses and steel-toe boots) is required or provided.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks on a manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities

• Cut boards down to size using specifications.
• Coat foam boards with mortar (light/wet cement).
• Trim boards to remove excess mortar for sale.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
