Qualifications

• Experience in construction, labor or welding preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial setting.
• Must be able to lift, move and stand for long periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist with building and assembling large industrial components.
• Perform general construction labor including material handling and prep work.
• Support welding and fabrication tasks (MIG experience is a plus).
• Operate basic hand and power tools.
• Help maintain a clean and safe work environment.
