Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc CSI is hiring a Customer Service Representative for the San Rafael, CA location. The role combines cooking, cashiering, and cleaning duties on a part-time graveyard shift from 10pm to 6am at CSI #2208.

Responsibilities include guest service, POS transactions, cash handling, station cleaning, food preparation, and promoting store specials. English proficiency and flexibility with hours are required; food handling certificates may be required by location.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English to understand policies, safety training, and instructions.
• Available to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must possess up-to-date food handling certificates, as required by location.
• Cooking/restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service, greet and thank customers.
• Conduct POS activities accurately and safely, accept multiple payment forms.
• Maintain cash drawer and perform cashier reconciliation per shift.
• Perform station cleaning of indoor/outdoor facilities.
• Prepare food and hot beverages, manage foodservice items to maximize sales and minimize loss.
• Promote store specials and marketing programs.
