Job summary

Universal Pure, LLC is seeking an FSQA Technician to guide production personnel on food safety, lead GMP audits, and address customer concerns with professionalism. The role emphasizes HACCP/HARPC compliance and documentation across QA processes.

Shift is Third Shift, Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, in a cold, wet manufacturing environment. Must have a High School Diploma, Excel skills, and strong teamwork and English communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Computer skills, including basic Microsoft Excel, required.
• Ability to think analytically and problem solve.
• Ability to stay organized and multitask.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily monitoring to ensure compliance with the food safety system.
• Train facility personnel on GMPs, HACCP, and other food safety elements.
• Perform pre-operational inspections and collect/analyze product samples.
• Maintain records of analytical results and report out-of-spec findings.
• Assist in hosting visitors and auditors; support HACCP/HARPC programs.
