XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Freight Operations Supervisor for night shift in Des Moines, IA. You will lead all freight operations, supervise staff, and implement procedures to meet shifting demands while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

This role requires a proactive leader with 2+ years of warehouse or logistics supervision, knowledge of LTL regulations, and flexibility to work nights and weekends. Comprehensive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related work experience in a warehouse, distribution, supply chain, transportation or similar environment.
• Knowledge of the Less-than-Truckload (LTL) industry, hazardous materials regulations and DOT rules and regulations.
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all aspects of freight operations.
• Develop and implement strategic work procedures to meet evolving demands of the department.
• Evaluate, manage, assign and supervise workloads and tasks.
• Supervise hourly staff and be the primary contact for workplace concerns.
