Job summary

Capitex is recruiting four L1 Fraud Analysts for a fixed 2-month, fully remote engagement with a Kuwaiti bank’s 24/7 digital fraud operations function. You will monitor real-time alerts, triage, and disposition alerts within SLA, escalating high-risk cases to L2. This role is night-shift aligned to Kuwait time.

Work under Capitex guidance and join a dedicated team providing overnight coverage; hardware provided; competitive consultancy terms apply.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in fraud operations or similar alert-driven banking environment.
• Experience working an alert queue on a fraud or transaction monitoring system.
• Genuine availability for sustained night-shift work aligned to Kuwait hours (AST, GMT+3).
• Reliable home working setup: quiet environment and stable high-speed internet.
• Clear written English for case notes and escalations.
• Available to commence in August 2026.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and work the real-time fraud alert queue across digital banking, cards and payments during night-shift hours (Kuwait time).
• Triage alerts using defined playbooks and disposition as genuine, fraud or refer.
• Escalate complex or high-value cases to L2 with a complete handover narrative.
• Meet alert-handling SLAs and maintain accurate case records.
• Flag recurring false positives and share patterns with the data analyst.
• Hand over cleanly at shift end to ensure 24/7 continuity.
