Job summary

Ingram Content Group in La Vergne, TN is hiring a Forklift Operator for the 3rd shift at $22/hour. You will operate forklift and RF scanner to stock, move and unload products, and complete daily safety checklists.

Requirements include forklift certification or eligibility, at least 1 year of work experience, and at least 6 months of warehouse tasks. Benefits start Day One: medical, vision, dental, PTO, and tuition reimbursement; casual dress code.

Qualifications

• Certification as an equipment operator or qualified for certification.
• 1 year work experience in at least one previous job.
• 6 months' work experience which included walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard.

Responsibilities

• Operates forklift and uses a radio frequency scanner to perform stocking activities such as pull down or put away.
• Moves stock as assigned.
• Signs out forklift after completing a daily safety checklist.
• Reports any unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Stacks product physically onto and off of pallets repetitively throughout the designated shift.
• Loads and unloads trucks
