Base pay starts at $21.00/hr with potential to reach up to $25.00/hr including shift differentials; D shift adds $4.00/hr. Schedule reflects D shift hours. Training and advancement support are provided along with healthcare, 401(k), paid time off and other employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a diverse environment.
• Dependable with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation and cycle counting.
• Adhere to performance guidelines and contractual measures.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, tote induction, staging and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Support maintenance of automated packing systems during production shifts.
• Other duties as assigned.
