Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Material Handler in Shippensburg, PA. The role features weekly pay and a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.

Expect 5:00pm–5:30am night shifts on a B shift schedule with overtime potential. The position involves forklift operation, loading/picking/packing, shipping/receiving, cycle counting, and paperwork management. A valid forklift license and 1+ year warehouse experience are preferred, with a strong emphasis

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Able to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs.
• Flexible schedule across shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading/unloading trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing system during core shift hour.
• Other duties as assigned.
