Job summary

Ryder is seeking Forklift Operators in Minooka, IL to support distribution across the US. You will work in clean, well-organized facilities with safety as a priority, operating standup and other powered equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year or more related warehouse experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Ability to work in a diverse environment
• Punctual with good attendance
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs
• Flexible schedule for various shifts

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Adhere to contract performance measurement guidelines
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, auditing, totes, staging, and truck loading/unloading
• Handle day-to-day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
• Support automated packing system maintenance during core production hours
• Perform other duties as assigned.
