Job summary

Henkel in Missouri’s Richmond area is seeking a forklift operator to move materials, verify records with digital tools, and support machine uptime. The role is with the Adhesive Technologies unit, offering growth through innovation and collaboration.

Required are a High School Diploma or GED and 1-2 years forklift experience; SAP familiarity is preferred. Night shift 11:15pm–7:45am with occasional weekend overtime and a robust benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of forklift experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday 11:15pm-7:45am and occasional weekend overtime based upon customer demand.
• Experience using SAP to track inventory movement.

Responsibilities

• Operates forklift to move, stack, load or unload materials, parts and finished goods.
• Utilize digital tools to verify accurate record keeping.
• Support internal customers by providing supplies and materials to maintain machine up time.
