Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Forklift Operator for the 3rd shift (6:30pm–4:30am, Monday–Thursday) in York, PA. The role involves moving tires within the warehouse, loading/unloading trailers, and using stand‑up/sit‑down forklifts and pallet jacks.

Required: at least 6 months of RF Scanner experience; forklift experience preferred; forklift certification within 30 days. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift‑training program within the first 30 days of employment
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• Six months warehouse experience, preferred
• Six months forklift operation experience

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using forklifts or other power equipment 80% of shift
• Pull and prepare product for shipment
• Keep accurate inventory records
• Comply with OSHA standards and safety rules
• Verify load accuracy and report variances
• Change equipment battery or LP tank as needed
• Maintain clean, organized work area
• Assist in physical inventories
• Complete daily equipment inspections
• Perform other duties as assigned
