Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Forklift Operator for the 1st shift (6:50am–2:50pm, Monday–Friday). You will manage workflow, train associates, and support the Supervisor to meet customer standards.

The role requires 6–12 months of warehouse and forklift experience, a high school diploma, and a forklift certification within 30 days. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and strong career progression.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months warehouse experience
• 6–12 months forklift operation experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the workflow and work duty allocation for team members within an assigned department of the facility.
• Train associates and monitor progress for the work group.
• Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.
• Review documents prepared by members of the work group for accuracy and legibility.
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.
