Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be highly motivated with a good work ethic.
• Prior experience operating a propane sit-down forklift or other powered industrial trucks.
• Must demonstrate safe working practices and great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-shift forklift inspections on forklift.
• Record preventative maintenance data, quality inspection data, downtime, and production output; perform calculations as needed.
• Safely operate a propane sit-down forklift to move raw materials or finished products; keep lines clear and materials properly stored.
• Visually inspect material for defects; segregate defective product and notify supervisor.
• Fill dumpsters from production floor; maintain housekeeping of the plant.
