Job summary

48forty Solutions is seeking a Forklift Operator for our Tooele, UT facility to load/unload trailers and move pallets to support production. You will operate a forklift to transport wood pallets safely and efficiently, with attention to safety and pace.

Excellent candidates will have 1-3 years forklift experience, prior warehouse exposure, and willingness to work overtime. This role offers competitive pay and strong benefits in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of forklift experience.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, lumber, welding, roofing, and/or construction is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

• Unload deliveries of pallets and/or wood to the proper location inside the plant.
• Move freshly cut and recycled wood to the appropriate worktable area.
• Stack finished products into trailers or to storage areas up to a safe height.
• Maintain a safe working environment by lifting, stacking, and transporting materials with all other plant personnel in mind.

As a Forklift Operator, you’ll get to load and unload trailer with wooden pallets and move pallets inside our plants to keep manufacturing production moving efficiently! We’re looking for a motivated individual who will keep things moving at a safe and efficient pace!

Hourly Pay

$19.00/hr.

• Unload deliveries of pallets and/or wood to the proper location inside the plant

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate
