Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Forklift Operator to move materials in our distribution center and place products in designated areas. Must be comfortable working up to heights and operating standup forklifts with RF scanner systems.

You will contribute to safe, efficient warehouse operations and adhere to all safety protocols. Benefits begin after 60 days, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience operating a forklift and RF Utility (preferable, not required).
• Read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and transport product to assigned slots.
• Identify product to be selected, sorted, and placed.
• Follow aisle specifications for product sorting and placement.
• Enter assigned product for each shift into the system.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
• Other duties may be assigned.
