Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator to move materials within our distribution center using standup forklifts. The role requires working at heights and following safety protocols while ensuring accurate product placement and record keeping.

You will operate RF devices, retrieve items, and abide by the 5pm start on Sunday to Thursday shift. Benefits begin after 60 days, with paid time off and holidays after 90 days, plus multiple voluntary programs.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift and RF Utility preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English at a functional level for job tasks.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and transport product to assigned slots.
• Identify product to be selected, sorted, and placed.
• Follow aisle specifications for product sorting and placement.
• Enter assigned product for each shift into the system.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
