Job summary

Mt. Olive Pickle Co., Inc. is seeking two Night Shift Outside Production Forklift Operators to safely operate forklifts in the tank yard, unload trucks, and move raw materials through grading, washing, and processing areas.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, transporting materials to graders, and maintaining safety and efficiency in a dynamic production environment; training in related equipment may be provided.

Qualifications

Certified forklift operator.
High school diploma with additional training preferred.
Ability to read and write in English.
Basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication table) required.

Responsibilities

Operate forklift to unload incoming trucks and transport raw materials.
Load outgoing trucks with brine stock, pallets, and bins.
Transport raw materials between graders, washers, hydrocooler, bulk unloader, tanks, and processing areas.
Dump raw materials into hoppers.
Operate graders, washers, bulk uploaders, hydrocooler or other equipment; ensure proper operation and no material loss.
Transport and stack empty boxes and grade out bad boxes.
Weigh raw materials at forklift scales as required.
Follow safety rules and company policies.
