Job summary

Mt. Olive Pickle Company Inc. is seeking a Night Shift Outside Production Forklift Operator to unload raw materials and transport them through the plant. You will load brine stock and pallets for outbound shipments, and move materials to graders, washers, and tanks while following safety rules.

The role requires a certified forklift operator with a high school diploma and basic English literacy. Prior experience with plant equipment and manual handling is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified forklift operator with high school diploma.
• Ability to read and write in English; basic math skills required.
• Additional training or certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming trucks using forklift and place materials into bins.
• Load outgoing trucks with brine stock, pallets, and bins.
• Transport materials between graders, washers, and process lines.
• Operate ancillary equipment and maintain safety and housekeeping.
• Assist with other Outside Production or Cutting duties as needed.
