Utz Quality Foods is seeking a Logistics Loader/Forklift Operator to join our Hanover, PA warehouse team. This full-time role involves loading/unloading trailers, operating forklifts safely, staging materials, and supporting product flow.

The ideal candidate has forklift experience, ability to be certified day one, and the stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. You will work Monday through Thursday, 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM, in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Recent forklift operating experience and ability to be certified day one.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate handling and shipping.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-reach forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Load and unload products from trucks using forklift or pallet jacks.
• Organize warehouse storage for efficient order fulfillment.
• Verify product quantities and document shipments.
• Inspect products for damage and report issues.
• Prepare products for shipping following safety protocols.
• Maintain clean, safe work area.
• Follow safety guidelines for coworkers.
• Assist inventory with cycle counts.
