Job summary

Utz Quality Foods in Hanover, PA is seeking a Logistics Loader/Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this full-time role you will load/unload trailers, operate forklifts safely, stage materials, and support efficient product flow.

Shifts are Friday through Sunday, 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, a strong team player, with forklift experience and the ability to obtain certification day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics preferred but not required.
• Must be able to obtain forklift certification day one.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from trucks and containers using pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Organize products in the warehouse for efficient storage and easy order fulfillment.
• Verify quantities and ensure accurate documentation for shipments.
• Inspect products for damage and report issues to supervisor.
• Prepare items for shipping following safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety guidelines.
