Job summary

Baldwin Richardson Foods (BRF) is seeking a Night Shift Forklift Operator to safely move ingredients, packaging and finished goods across BRF facilities. You will load/unload pallets, operate forklifts, and ensure loads meet safety and GMP standards.

This 2-2-3, 12-hour schedule runs 5:45pm–6:00am. Requires at least 1 year forklift experience and a valid forklift license; a HS diploma or GED is preferred. BRF offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year forklift experience in manufacturing.
• Forklift license required; recertification may be provided.
• English literacy for data entry and directions.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs equipment inspection and documents deficiencies.
• Operates forklifts and other equipment following safety procedures.
• Maintains awareness of pedestrian traffic, docks, and racking conditions.
• Receives and transfers interplant product, locates material in storage locations, loads truckload and LTL shipments.
• Ensures pallet condition and load stability for safe handling.
• Follows SOPs, Bills of Lading, and inventory transactions in ERP.
