Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking reliable Forklift Operators for a night shift position in Fife, WA. The role requires operating Electric Pallet Jacks or Sit-Down forklifts, with on-the-job training and safety as a priority.

Job duties include loading/unloading, staging materials, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a safe work area. Night shifts run Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday, with 3:00 PM–11:30 PM hours. Pay is $21.80/hour.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material-handling experience preferred.
• Experience with EPJ or Sit-Down Forklift preferred.
• Ability to complete PIT/forklift training.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) and/or Sit-Down Forklift.
• Move, load, unload, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers.
• Transport products and materials safely and efficiently.
• Pick and stage materials for shipment.
• Verify quantities, labels, and product information.
• Assist with receiving and shipping activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records.
• Inspect products and materials for damage or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all PIT, warehouse, PPE, and safety procedures.
• Complete required forklift/PIT training and certification.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Perform additional warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned.
