Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Forklift Operator (sit-down) in Preston, WA, to safely move materials and finished goods in a fast-paced beverage facility. Work is full-time, temporary with potential for permanent hire, starting ASAP.

Schedule is 3:00 AM–3:00 PM, Monday–Wednesday or Monday–Thursday depending on production, with opportunity for growth and permanent employment for high performers. Position offers $22.00 per hour and weekly pay, with access to Kelly-sponsored benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sit-down forklift experience.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment.
• Comfortable working a 3:00 AM–3:00 PM shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Transport materials to production lines and warehouse storage locations.
• Perform inventory movements and organize warehouse stock.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
