Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Edwardsville, IL is hiring a Forklift Driver for the night shift. The operator will move, stack and count merchandise safely using powered industrial trucks, while performing picker and checker duties as needed.

Responsibilities include receiving, put-away, order picking, quality checks, and maintaining accurate inventory. Must hold a high school diploma (or GED) and have at least 6 months of logistics experience, with active forklift certification;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months experience in logistics/distribution environment.
• Able to operate MHE (material handling equipment).
• Capable of working in unregulated warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations with accuracy.
• Pull and prepare for shipment and ensure correct quantity and type of product.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Move product from staging to production lines or docks with proper documentation.
• Maintain records for inventory control and conduct physical inventories as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse area.
