Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Edwardsville, IL is seeking a Forklift Driver for the Nightshift to move, stack and count merchandise safely. The role requires operating power industrial trucks and may include Order Filler and Checker duties to support warehouse processes.

Associates must meet safety and quality standards, maintain accurate records, and comply with SOPs. A forklift certification and a HS diploma are expected for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 6 months experience working in logistics/distribution.
• Able to operate forklift or other MHE.
• Able to work in warehouse temperatures

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments and move product to storage locations; input data into the WMS.
• Pick and prepare for shipment; ensure correct quantity and type of product is loaded.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Move product to staging or production areas and maintain proper documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow SOPs; operate equipment safely.
• Perform routine maintenance on forklift and equipment; participate in inventories.
