Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a 3rd shift material handler with forklift experience to transport and unload materials safely and efficiently. The role requires a minimum of 6 months forklift experience and a consistent work history with one employer.

Preferred candidates may have warehouse and freezer (sub-zero) experience to support cold storage operations. The position offers overtime with weekends as needed, and requires strict adherence to safety, GMP, and SQF standards in a high-tempo environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of forklift experience listed on the application.
• 6 months of continuous work history with a single employer is required.
• Preferred candidates will have warehouse and freezer (sub-zero) experience.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
• Must be able to reach high and low levels, frequently.
• Ability to flex/grip with wrist/hands occasionally (less than 5 flexion/minute).
• Must be able to push/pull/lift with arms below waist/at shoulder/above shoulder level up to 50 pounds.
• Willing and able to work in extreme temperatures with damp environments that may have slippery walking surfaces.
• Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF Requirements.
