Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year related experience or training preferred.
• Forklift and Pallet Jack certification required.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift indoors and outdoors, navigating tight spaces and moving pallets.
• Unload trailers with fruit bins upon arrival.
• Organize products in the east lot for identification and processing.
• Supply bins, tri-walls, or boxes to the grading line for extraction.
• Load and unload products onto trailers for vendor pickup.
• Transport empty and full drums to the drum fill station and conveyor at the drum chopper station.
• Keep track of inventory (bins, tri-walls, loads) on-site.
• Comply with OSHA, FDA, HACCP, SQF and SGS Supply Chain standards.
