Perricone Farms in Beaumont, CA is seeking an Entry-level Forklift Operator. The role is full-time on 2nd shift, with a 3:00pm–11:30pm start, rotating days off. Pay includes $18.50/hour with a $1 differential and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will operate a sit-down forklift, unload trailers, and help with inventory and production line support. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, English fluency, forklift certification, and preferably Spanish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Forklift and Pallet Jack certification required.
• Spanish is a plus for this role.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift in the plant, navigate tight spaces, move pallets indoors and outdoors.
• Unload trailers with fruit bins on arrival.
• Organize products in the east lot for easy identification and processing.
• Supply bins, tri-walls, or boxes to the grading line for extraction.
• Load/unload products onto trailers for vendor pickup.
• Move drums to conveyors and assist in drum fill and chopping stations.
• Provide forklift services to other departments as needed.
• Keep track of inventory including bins, tri-walls and loads on-site.
• Support safety and food safety compliance per plant, state and federal standards.
