Qualifications

• No degree or diploma required.
• HS diploma/GED preferred for individuals over 18 and not in high school.
• Ability to work night shift.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes trays, dishes, area equipment, walls, exhaust hoods, floors, fans, cabinets, freezers, refrigerators per a cleaning schedule.
• Receives, verifies against order and stores food and supplies; rotates stock to ensure old items are issued first.
• Sets up workstation, stocks areas and serves customers in a friendly manner, following production sheets and standardized recipes.
• Takes and records temperatures and food safety standards on a scheduled basis.
• Communicates openly with cooks, supervisors, and other staff members.
