Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer service.
• Takes orders from customers by telephone or in person.
• Prepares, packages, and merchandises fresh product daily.
• Slices, labels, rotates, and culls products for quality.
• Uses suggestive selling techniques to meet customer needs.
• Cleans and sanitizes display cases and operates equipment safely.
• Complies with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Performs department sanitation and maintenance tasks as required.
• Records production and assists in planning for bakery-related tasks.
• Supports deli and prepared foods as needed, including inventory tasks.
